5-7 Avocadoes, cut into cubes - SAVE THE PITS!
1 Medium Tomato, chopped
1/2 red onion, chopped
1 bunch cilantro, chopped
4 large garlic cloves, minced
1 Tbsp olive oil
2 juicy limes or to taste
salt to taste
1-2 bags of chips
Mix all ingredients except chips. If you are making it ahead of time, then add some of the avocado pits to your mix, this will prevent browning, and cover with plastic wrap right on top of the avocadoes, not leaving any air in between. Serve with chips and enjoy!
