Top pitta pockets with bacon bits and mozzarella cheese. Bake at 425 F for 8-10 mins until cheese is melted.

Spinach Artichoke Pizza
Pita pockets (Costco)
3/4 cup Whipping cream
3-4 big Garlic cloves minced
1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese
Spinach
Zucchini sliced thin
Tomatoes, chopped
Mushrooms, sliced
Artichoke hearts chopped (I get the ones at Costco it's a really good price there)
Bacon pieces (I also get these at Costco, they're actual bits of bacon!)
Mozzarella cheese
I have a mesh pizza pan, that I bake it on, the pita pockets say its ok to put directly on the rack, the only problem is that this pizza is really full of stuff, so if you can put it on some sort of tray it will be much easier. A regular cookie sheet will prevent crisping...
Turn oven on to 450 F.
To make the white sauce I mix whipping cream, garlic cloves, and cheese in a microwaveable bowl, and put in the microwave 1 minute at a time until cheese is melted through. Then spread sauce on pita and add all toppings with the spinach first and the artichokes last. Top with cheese.
Bake for about 8-15 min, just check it, you want the cheese melted, but not a burnt pitta :)
I have also made this on homemade pizza crust, & French bread.
