Cafe Rio Dressing

1-16oz bottle ranch
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 bunch cilantro
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1 jalapeño without seeds
2 medium sized tomatillos, peal off leaf, cut out stem and dice it.

Run through blender. Refrigerate for a few hours.
