Sunshine Potatoes - Mom Nancy

6 large red potatoes, shredded
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 cups sour cream
Salt & Garlic salt to taste
Lemon Pepper to taste
Shredded cheese

Heat oven to 350 F.
Combine everything together except for cheese. Place in 9 x 13 baking dish and top with cheese. Bake for 30 - 40 mins.
