2 bunches of green onions
1 big tomato
1 bunch cilantro
4-6 big garlic cloves
½ Tbsp crushed red pepper
1 ½ Tbsp spicy red chili sauce
½ Tbsp Oil
2 Tbsp Vinegar, or to taste
½ tsp Salt or to taste
Water to somewhat cover all veggies
 
Chop everything very small, and season.  Let it sit for a few hours for all the flavors to blend.
Use at the table to add flavor and spice  to any meal.
